03Follow the supporting citations
A housing determination can retain references to Title 37 of the United States Code, section 403, and the Department of Defense Financial Management Regulation, Volume 7A, Chapter 26.

04Keep human review in the loop
The finance technician reviews the missing information. A member’s request for a record correction goes to the owning personnel office; submitting the request alone does not change the underlying fact.
